Russell sorted my guitars out and they come back like new. A true Craftsman. Super Friendly, Best Communication and Very interesting to talk to. Had a small tour of his workshop and we were totally amazed. The main store is unique and definitely worth a visit. Very fortunate to have this service in the Southwest. You don't expect problems when you buy a brand new Fender guitar for $2700, but it didn't feel and play right as soon as I took it out of the box. Collins Music straightened the neck and dressed the frets for a very reasonable price. Russell knows his onions. Highly recommended.

a bit light on for high end gear, but worth a visit none the less.2018: sadly like so many Bunbury businesses they have closed down.Note: I was wrong , they are still in operation, from a container in Russell's front yard. Well done Russell.
